Women at work - do you target Returners?

Two questions mixed into the above topic.

  • Do any of you specifically target Returners (or women looking for flexibility perhaps?) when recruiting, maybe as part of your gender pay gap commitment? If so, do you have any recommendations on websites, or agencies?

  • Do any of you have any links to Returner-type network circles in the north west? Somewhere where women can talk about the challenges they face (and solutions they've found) with being a working parent, taking time out of the workplace, that kind of thing?
