Maternity leave and return

I am keen to hear from fellow HR professionals what provision you make for employees going on maternity and/or parental leave and what you do, if anything, to reintegrate them back in to the workplace when they return?

  • I'm not sure about others, but the last couple of places I've worked in, we were/are just advocating the KIT days towards the end of parental leave.
