    Hi Katie

Hopefully one of our colleagues who's also currently studying or has just finished will be able to comment on your approach soon.
Strictly speaking you should also check with your tutor or the body providing your training since they are…

    Hi Lea

I worked with a client who offered a 4 day week as one flexible working option and, as in Peter's case most people took Friday off. If you need continuity over five days you'll need to manage which days people can take off.

    Also, it does…

    Hi Jessica
I'm currently supervising students doing their management research project as part of the MSc HRM at Birkbeck, University of London. While I cannot legitimately claim this is the best place to do the qualification I can vouch for the high quality…

    Hi Joanne
I'm in total agreement with my colleagues comments on this. Unconscious bias has been shown to be a surface level approach that's not very effective.
To answer Peter's question: what's needed is a systemic approach at the organisational…

I don't use the app as I don't have a smartphone. I don't have a smartphone as I have a visual disability which makes using one challenging. It's always good to remember that some people may be inadvertently excluded from initiatives when we assume everyone…

    Hi Kelly
The term 'flexible working' is very broad. Identifying the specific arrangements that are likely to succeed in your organisation depends on the nature of your business and the corporate culture.
