Hmm - I used to get the mag but now don't. Can anyone point me to where I can get it? Is there a digital version?

This looks interesting - thanks for the link.

Perhaps as customers of these systems we can start demanding all providers develop blind recruitment. It's not difficult or impossible, just requires them to invest and do some work. Too long been swept…

It's an interesting conundrum - especially if there were off to work in some sort of NHS/care capacity which we might instinctively feel would be different to becoming an Hermes or Ocado driver. However, I wonder if the concept is that you would otherwise…

And in the boat with you all! I've had a horrendous menopause that came on like a tsunami - so now having bizarre anxiety and brain fog, all whipped up by current events. The organisation is looking to me to answer everything and put plans in place…

    HI all

I'm interested to read that a few of you don't recheck and use the annual declaration approach instead, which is a lot easier to administer!

Do you feel this adequately covers the safeguarding requirements? If someone chooses not to…

    Hi Nicci

We don't accept DBS certs from other organisations, we do a new one for staff joining us. We have a 3 year checking cycle, mainly as the DBS check is only 'valid' for the day it's checked. If there are any other offences that have happened…

We have an advertising deal with Webrecruit (mentioned in the other thread) so have been looking at their ATS and I've strongly fed back about creating anonymity in the process and suggested that I might only make a decision when that sort of option is…

Also interested in this - we're looking at an ATS but it's this element that's giving us a problem - we anonymise all applications but it's an arduous task.
