Brad Taylor brings with him extensive experience from previous roles across people strategy, organisational development, and culture and performance management. He was previously director of HR and workplace performance with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), where he led the organisation’s move to its new working environment in the City of London in 2015. Prior to that, he had nearly 20 years of experience in Barclays Plc in a variety of HR and non-HR roles.
