The CIPD gives notice that it will hold its twenty-second Annual General Meeting at 10:00 on Tuesday 7 December 2021 online.

The purpose of the meeting is to:
  1. Receive the minutes of the twenty-first Annual General Meeting of the CIPD held on 8 December 2020.
  2. Receive the Annual Report and Accounts of the CIPD for the year ended 30 June 2021.
  3. Re-appoint the auditors and to authorise the Board to determine the auditors’ remuneration.
  4. Elect Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE as President of the CIPD.
  5. Re-elect Professor Nelarine Cornelius as Vice-President Membership and Professional Development.

All members are welcome but only Chartered Members, whose subscription has been paid in full, may vote.

Members will receive an invitation to register for the AGM by email. Chartered Members will also receive details of how to vote at the meeting, or by proxy if they are unable to attend.  Please email secretariat@cipd.co.uk if you would like the email resent or to submit questions ahead of the AGM.
