After many years in L&D I then moved into CSR and only last year - after many months of immersing myself in the latest CSR, L&D trends and research, with a good dose of HR and digital transformation thrown into the mix - I had one of those 'lightbulb' moments.
I cannot help but notice a distinct need for more 'lived' connectivity and metamorphosis of the three - a reinventing of all three models. I sense it is high-time for a next evolutionary step to meet the demands of this fast paced digital economy and - humanise our work life to balance the ever faster evolution of tech.
