The survey found that compared with last year, there has been little change in the proportion of employees receiving a pay increase or the size of that increase. Despite the rising pressure on employee living standards, only one in four reported that their employer provided some form of financial education, advice or support to help improve their financial awareness/management of their financial affairs.
