Employee Outlook: Spring 2017
Positive findings are reflected in the spring survey which reports that fewer employees thinking it is likely they will lose their job, an increase in net job satisfaction, and an increase in our engagement measures of employee influence over job, use of skills, motivation and effort.
Employees are also more satisfied with opportunities for employee voice and are more likely to believe that their performance processes are fair. Overall attitudes to senior leaders have improved and the emotion that employees most readily associate with work is that of being cheerful.
