This report is based on two separate surveys of employers and employees views on flexible working, conducted in January 2012.

The report explores flexible working practices from employer and employee perspectives and highlights the benefits and barriers for each group. The report sets out the implications for employers across different  sectors and sizes of organisation, as well as the implications for employees' working patterns and gender.
