As an EPAO we’re approved to assess five apprenticeship standards. Successfully completing an EPA at Level 3 or Level 5 will mean an apprentice is eligible to come into CIPD Membership at Associate grade. Successfully completing the Level 7 Senior People Professional EPA will make an apprentice eligible to come into CIPD Membership at Chartered Member grade.
