The Midlands Area Partnership (MAP) is a regional group of nine branches in the Midlands area which combine to cover 17,000 CIPD members. The group aims to promote the CIPD purpose throughout the Midlands region by sharing best practice, improving links between the individual branches and providing networking opportunities for all our members.
The nine branches are – Birmingham, Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire, Hereford & Worcester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Shropshire.
MAP runs an Annual Midlands Event every autumn. The 2017 event is taking place on Saturday 7 October at Chesford Grange and the theme this year is Developing Capability for Shifting times.
This is a full day event attended by over 200 CIPD members and provides a great opportunity to meet other HR and L&D professionals from across the Midlands.
