The Northamptonshire branch promotes CIPD’s mission to champion better work and working lives across the county. Northamptonshire is a key logistics hub for the region and we've seen recent growth in distribution, high-tech engineering and associated industries. For people professionals from all sectors in our branch area, this is an exciting time and our role is to support you, our members, as you support your organisations in navigating both the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Get involved in CIPD Northamptonshire! Whether you're a generalist, specialist, an experienced practitioner or just starting out, we offer a range of events and activities where you can network and learn in an informal and friendly environment.
We explore a wide range of contemporary topics supported by exceptional speakers. You may be interested in our formal conference, regular employment law updates or in attending a one-off event or you may want join volunteers on our branch committee and contribute at a more formal level. Special interest groups
CIPD Midlands aims to promote the CIPD purpose throughout the Midlands region by sharing best practice, improving links between the individual branches and providing networking opportunities for all our members. We are also a part of the Midlands Area Partnership (MAP), a regional group of ten branches in the Midlands area which combine to cover 20,000 CIPD members.
