HR and L&D qualifications

The need:

HMRC – the collector of Britain’s taxes, were in need of a huge re-modernisation programme to rebuild their reputation and credibility. At the time the organisation reported:

  • huge budget cuts including office closures, including making a saving of £900 million in this parliament and closing 137 tax offices.
