Publishing opportunities
  • Publication of submissions: we'll publish successful submissions in conference proceedings.

  • CIPD papers: Short 2-3,000 word papers summarising the research for practitioner and policy audiences, to be published on the CIPD website. These papers will be made freely available on our website and we will promote them to raise the profile of your research among practitioners.

  • Journal papers: Full papers will be considered for fast-tracked peer review with our partner journals. Where papers are not invited to peer review, an editor in chief will provide informal feedback to help you develop the paper without this constituting a rejection from the journal.

    Our partner journals are:

    • Human Resource Development International (HRDI)

    • Human Resource Management Journal (HRMJ)

    • International Journal of Human Resource Management (IJHRM)

    • Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance (JOEPP)
