With more than 3,900 members across Northern Ireland, CIPD Northern Ireland works closely with our network of members, volunteers and stakeholders to develop the profession, build our policy relevance and reach, and to establish the voice of CIPD in Northern Ireland supported by our regional branch committee.

We are building partnerships with organisations to strengthen HR capability encouraging workplace development, investment in skills, and building high-performance workplaces.

Engaging on policy
We are engaging on the policy agenda and regional specific issues to put CIPD’s vision of 'championing better work and working lives' at the heart of the HR, business and policy conversation.

Organising events
We are organising conferences, events and networks to help individuals gain insights, engage with experts, and network with your peers, as well as continuing your professional development.

Building a community
We are building a local community for HR and L&D Professionals in Northern Ireland to engage, share learning, experiences and expertise at all career levels.
