With more than 11,000 members across Scotland, CIPD Scotland works closely with our network of members, volunteers and stakeholders to develop the profession, build our policy relevance and reach, and to establish the voice of CIPD in Scotland supported by our regional branch committee.

We are establishing the voice of CIPD in Scotland, for Scotland.

Developing networks
We are working closely with our network of members, volunteers and stakeholders to develop the profession and champion better work and working lives.

We are building partnerships with organisations to strengthen HR capability encouraging workplace development, investment in skills, and building high-performance workplaces.

Engaging on policy

Conferences and events
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and keeping the health, well-being and safety of our community in mind we have made the difficult decision to suspend all face to face events until further notice. However, over the coming months, we have a great variety of online events, webinars and networking opportunities.
CIPD Scotland Annual Conference 2021 - Partnership opportunities
The CIPD Annual Scottish Conference is the leading event for people professionals in Scotland. Like most large events planned for the first half of 2021, our annual Scottish conference will take place online, allowing delegates the opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers, network with like-minded professionals, and find out about a range of event partners from the comfort of their place of work, whether they are home-based or working from the office.
