In a Nutshell: Issue 113  

This article explores three key mindset shifts catalysed by the pandemic and argues that there’s now a fundamental change in thinking on certain aspects of work. These shifts will have long-lasting implications for people management policies and practices, which people professionals need to get to grips with to prepare for a post-pandemic future.
