Many organisations are under pressure to adapt to hybrid working quickly and efficiently. This research examines the potential challenges of remote working. Four key themes emerged: employee experience; the complexity challenge; key actor communities; and future organisational responses to the ‘new normal’ of flexible and remote working.

Jonny has been conducting applied research into employment and people management for a number of years, with previous roles at the Institute for Employment Studies and Roffey Park Institute. Current interests include job quality and behavioural science insights into performance management and other areas of HR.
