In a Nutshell: Issue 69

Although there's been much debate about the importance and value of human capital analytics (HCA), many organisations are finding it hard to leverage the potential value of HCA practice. This paper examines why this is the case, and proposes a model to help HR professionals leverage analytics at a practice level.
