Becoming a purpose-led organisation makes you a more attractive organisation in terms of business and people success, says Danone UK and Ireland’s HR director. But for it to be sustained, you need to ensure that you bring your whole organisation along with you.

Lizzie graduated in Sociology and has a master's degree in Social Science Research Methods, both from the University of Glasgow.
