When the Government responded to Matthew Taylor’s Review of Modern Working Practices in February this year, they announced four consultations. A consultation into agency workers is the first deadline, and looks at how to increase transparency of contractual arrangements for agency workers, and how umbrella companies or intermediaries could be brought within the scope of the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.
