In January 2018, as part of a wider inquiry into the sexual harassment of women and girls in public places, the Women and Equalities Committee heard oral evidence from the CIPD and other experts on employment and law. Since that session the Committee has launched a full inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace, covering the use of non-disclosure agreements and how Government and employers can change workplace culture.
