CIPD has been closely monitoring the situation with regard to Coronavirus on a daily basis and is following guidance given by government authorities and the World Health Organisation.
At present all CIPD events will continue to take place as scheduled unless you are notified otherwise. Any action taken on this matter will be in accordance with national government and World Health Organisation advice.
If you are an international delegate and travelling to a CIPD event from a region that has been identified as high risk and the national government has advised against travel we will issue a full refund of any fees paid. You must notify CIPD of your circumstances before your event date by contacting the Customer Services team at email@example.com or by phone on +44(0) 20 8612 6095.
If you are unable to travel to attend a CIPD event due to a company travel ban enforced by your employer or if you have been required to self-isolate based on guidance issued by national government you may request a free transfer to another CIPD event taking place within the next 12 months. You must request your transfer at the earliest opportunity and at least 3 working days before your event date by contacting the Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +44(0) 20 8612 6095.
