The HR Outlook series was published between Winter 2012-13 and Winter 2016-17. The surveys were conducted online by YouGov using the CIPD membership database and the YouGov panel of HR professionals. Issues of HR Outlook are available to download below. The final CIPD/Workday HR Outlook was released in January 2017.

The State of the Profession survey published in November 2018 builds on that work, but with a new focus on creating a benchmark for the profession, looking at what’s important now, as well as what is needed to be fit for the future.
