Welcome; we aim to provide our members with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills. We provide opportunities locally to network and learn from subject matter experts and keep up to date with local changes to employment law and updated practices.
Jersey is an active branch with a varied programme of events and activities to encourage engagement and raise the profile of the CIPD generally.
Our volunteer committee members are enthusiastic and creative and bring their talents and diversity to the branch and its activities. Our professional experiences represent all industry sectors with varying skill sets. We all live and work on the island and understand what makes this different and special.

We are an energetic committee of people professionals with varying levels of expertise working across different industry sectors in Jersey. Our mission is to play an integral role in the development and promotion of HR management, provide meaningful learning and development opportunities and promote best practice on the Island. Additionally, we aim to positively influence the development of local employment legislation and employment best practices.
