Welcome to our branch

The Northamptonshire branch promotes CIPD’s mission to champion better work and working lives across the county. Northamptonshire is a key logistics hub for the region, and we’ve seen massive growth in distribution, high-tech engineering, and associated industries. We are an active branch with almost 1,800 people professionals from all sectors. In an exciting time, our role is to support you, our members, as you help your organisations navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.

I began leading the branch in Summer 2022 with a co-chair. I am an HR consultant and have been an active member of the committee for many years. I am very ably assisted by the branch committee, made up the of the special interest group chairs and branch secretary who meet regularly to shape the events programme.

I hope to welcome you to a Northamptonshire branch event soon.
