Our latest annual report shows how your hard work and commitment has strengthened our community in size, capability, credibility and impact. With deeper connections than ever, we share a stronger voice and a clearer call for better work and working lives.
We closed our financial year on 30 June with 160,134 members, marking our ninth consecutive year of growth. This is testimony to the value of CIPD membership, and how we’ve worked alongside you - connecting in new ways, sharing resources and expertise, embedding our standards, leading the call for good work, and raising the profile of our profession.
