By partnering with the CIPD, the BBC were able to assess team and individual capability through running a webinar for the HR function and participating in CIPD’s 360 assessment which meant that those taking part felt they were being “invested in”.

Moreover, the CIPD was able to compare the BBC’s results with data gathered through work with other organisations to provide some insightful benchmarking.
