Whether you're just starting out, or looking to move into a senior role, My CPD map is a great way for you to identify your strengths and areas for development against the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be a great HR or L&D practitioner.
You can assess yourself at your current level or at the level you'd like to get to. Just select the areas of the map relevant to you, then rate yourself against a series of statements. You'll then be able to download a personalised report with a range of development options to choose from.
If you're not sure where to start, we recommend starting with the two core areas plus one or two professional areas and a behaviour. It's also an opportunity for you to be proactive. If there are upcoming projects or changes in your environment that may require you to adopt a specific skill set, check yourself against an area you feel may benefit you in the future.
