In our response to the annual Low Pay Commission consultation, we analyse our latest LMO findings, specifically focusing on the economic outlook and business conditions in the UK over the next one to two years. We also examine the key drivers of pay decisions in the low-paying sectors and organisations and the impact on National Minimum Wage in the last year.
