The Government launched a consultation on sexual harassment in the workplace, focusing on how best to make sure employers take all steps they can to prevent harassment from happening and clarifying the laws protecting staff. It also asked whether people should be given longer to take a harassment, discrimination or victimisation claim to an Employment Tribunal.
